Great album PSA

Folks, i'm here to recommend a fantastic album that completely slipped under my radar last year — talking about The Murder Capital's Gigi's Recovery. I remember me and a friend enjoying their first record back in 2019, When I Have Fears, and thinking it was a grade above most of their post-punk contemporaries (lotta post-punk outta the 2010s, eh?).

Gigi's Recovery, on the other hand, is quite a step forward in terms of their sound, their textures and their themes — one of those albums that have me constantly going 'wait, what?!' when i'm giving it a first listen. I'm absolutely bedazzled by it. Give it a listen! Go!!!
